Compared to a church I visited yesterday, this one impresses by a lack of ornamentation. Apart from the tower, it's just under two hundred years old and was the site for Hans Christian Andersen's funeral, attended by the monarch.

Visited the Church of Our Lady as part of the Copenhagen Grand (Bus) Tour and loved it. Being an Australian, it was interesting to see where "our" Princess married the Danish Prince. Found it very impressive

Worth a quick look inside if you are passing. It is a plain cathedral when compared with some of the others in European cities. The Crown Prince and Princess were married here.
It has free wi-fi, which seems a little odd but could be useful!

We've made it here on a rainy day with our tour of the ciy. Statues are great & we were here during the rehersal. So we also got to listen to the church's organ. Stop by, if it's on your way & you have time.
