The planetarium was small and had basic displays. For the most part you're left to stroll about and read through the write-ups. The lighting was poor (we went during the day) and by the time we were through with the exhibition we decided not to watch the d-day show. It's informative but not exciting.

We went to see the D-Day show and it was very good and interesting! Initially they showed something about stars and planets, which was also good, but it was a bit confusing because we thought we had entered the wrong room. We loved the IMAX format and shows.

We got free admission using our Copenhagen card. You are best to check before visiting film times as they screen a number of different movies throughout the day and not all in 3D. The show starts with a 3D film about the universe around 30 minutes long and is then proceeded by the main film which seem to last between... More

A quick visit to check out the planetarium. The exhibition is quite small, you’ll go through it all in 30 minutes. There is a lot of 3D movies that can be seen. We saw just one which vas enough. An OK place to pop into if you want to do something else than shopping and have limited time. Better to... More

What a waste of time and money! Only one level of so called exhibits which was not informative. The floor was full of popcorns but no staff bothered to clean it up. There were also stains from people spilling drinks. The 3D show was not in English but no one told me that beforehand. The show has nothing to do... More

It seems most reviewers were not aware what to expect and were disappointed. I had read the website so knew there was a small museum and IMAX theatre. Every IMAX show has a £D space film first which I thought was excellent. Bring your own earphones for english narration, or they sell for 20kr. We watched an IMAX movie about... More

I should have read the other Trip Advisor reviews before going and saved time and money. This was truly bad, uninformative, unimaginative, a waiting room for the IMAX cinema. Read Wikipedia if you want to learn about Tycho Brahe. Go to London planetarium, Leicester Space Centre or Cite d'Espace Toulouse for great space and astronomy days out.

It is located at Vesterport, you can get there by train, bus, metro. A bit out of the city center, nevertheless public transport provides an easy access. There is an exhibition and you can watch 3D films in every half an hour. Take your earphones if you do not speak Danish or you can buy them for 20 DK /pair.... More

Neglected, empty, in Danish, expensive and no redeeming qualities. There was a 40 minute wait until the next movie (About D-Day, why?!) but did not wait around. Avoid.

We attended here with our 6 and 4 year old today. We were all excited about going to see all about the planets etc. It was pretty expensive and it was a shame as all the exhibits were in Danish so we couldn't read a lot about it. The iMax theatre was good as there was a show about the... More
