Having a Copenhagen Card prevented us feeling very robbed by this attraction. The exhibits are a little hobby-holly like, but the IMAX movie..... Simply amazing! Especially the 3D of the universe as we know it... it was breathtakingly beautiful and if you have a spare hour and the Copenhagen card, then it's worth look.

I did not have much interest in the Planetarium nor the IMAX cinema. What interest me was the little restaurant which has an outside sitting overlooking a lake. It is good to spend time having a cup of tea / coffee and catch up with friends while the kids wonder in the planetarium.

Expensive activitie ( around 150 for adults and 100 for kids tickets) but worth the money, once you sit down and do the movie. The museum is done in half an hour, if you dwell on the impressions you get. The movies are always followed by a line up of the universe as we know it (witch is amazing!!!!!) -... More

There's not much of interest in the Planetarium bit, and most of the IMAX cinema films are 2D apart from an initial 3D one. Save yourself a two pounds and take a set of earpieces with you - or you'll have to buy one for the English translation. Worth a visit only because it's free on the Copenhagen Caard.

Visiting the planetarium was a pleasant way to spend some time after everything closes (so early, in spite of the fact that there will be several hours more daylight). At 5pm in May, when it gets dark so late at night, if you are not the type of person to hang out in a pub, you can go to the... More

I think people are far too critical of this place. It isn't huge and wouldn't fill a whole day but we had a fabulous time. Our girls are 10 & 7 and our son is 4, and they were all really interested in the interactive exhibition. It was educational and fun, and most, although not all has English info. The... More

The iMax theatre is really quite nice and worth a visit. It shows some great documentary and it was really nice as we got the journey to space Besides that there were games and activities for children to do and we managed to spend a good 2-2:30 hours in there

We went here as two adults and considering the big space (excuse the pun) there's not much inside. There are different short films to watch in the IMAX so it depends what time you go, we had 50 minutes to wait before our showing began and had seen everything inside in about 20. The screen is amazing, it's curved and... More

The IMAX movie experience was average-good, but the visit in total left us feeling like the whole place was under construction. The customer service was poor, there was construction going on, things looked unkept and not very tidy. The theatre floor was covered in popcorn and people had drawn on the walls in the exhibition. This was a great pity... More

The planetarium itself is not great - displays were just ok, interactive ones a bit interesting, but quite small and a bit sad to look at. The highlight was definitely the IMAX movie (Hidden Universe was what I saw); 3D short movie was amazing, and the main feature (which last about 45 mins) was heaven for a space geek like... More
