The IMAX movie experience was average-good, but the visit in total left us feeling like the whole place was under construction. The customer service was poor, there was construction going on, things looked unkept and not very tidy. The theatre floor was covered in popcorn and people had drawn on the walls in the exhibition. This was a great pity... More

The planetarium itself is not great - displays were just ok, interactive ones a bit interesting, but quite small and a bit sad to look at. The highlight was definitely the IMAX movie (Hidden Universe was what I saw); 3D short movie was amazing, and the main feature (which last about 45 mins) was heaven for a space geek like... More

When you enter the IMAX Tycho Brahe Planetarium you can look at the many interesting educational pieces - sadly only a few have explanation in English - all the others are only in Danish. If you wish to see a movie - we watched two - Journey to space and Jerusalem - buy (25 kr) the set headphones and you... More

We really enjoyed this small but well established planetarium. Kids particularly enjoyed a lego play area and we enjoyed IMAX documentary "Jerusalem".

The Planetarium has several areas of displays and plenty of interactive activities for children, however, it does the impression of something that is not quite finished. There are theaters with films showing throughout the day and the staff were very helpful, offering advice and guidance.

Although we enjoyed watching an imax movie on the Galapagos, the planterium was a little run down and a bit lacking. The exhibition descriptions were sometimes badly lit and not all of it had an English translation. There was a small interactive section which was highly entertaining (even to a couple of 20-somethings!) however, it is clearly more set up... More

If you have been to London's Natural History Museum or the Smithsonian Institute you will probably not be very impressed by the Copenhagen Tycho Brahe Planetarium. The building is very good looking, and the IMAX theatre is great. But without a rebate the museum is highly overpriced and exhibitions not that well made. I will visit with a 50% discount... More

Best part was the short 3D films right by the enterence. Should have used more time there. 3D was facinating for my daughter. The displayes could have been realy good, but not to intereting "as is" for child at age 10 and mom... When we saw the film in the doom, we picked the wrong as well... Hobble, not interesting... The planetarium was small and had basic displays. For the most part you're left to stroll about and read through the write-ups. The lighting was poor (we went during the day) and by the time we were through with the exhibition we decided not to watch the d-day show. It's informative but not exciting.

We went to see the D-Day show and it was very good and interesting! Initially they showed something about stars and planets, which was also good, but it was a bit confusing because we thought we had entered the wrong room. We loved the IMAX format and shows.
