The Church is in the middle of the city center and is a must see. It is not quite as big as the Cathedral, but it is much more interesting (historically) and beautiful. The Church is laying on top of the old church, which is still accessible from the church ground floor (it is now a crypt). Also the church... More

This is a little jewel a short distance from the city center. There are three churches 'on site'. The first is a viking chapel from 11th century that is fantastic in the basement of the second church which they build on top of it. The third is a small chapel in the courtyard that is very intimate and has some... More

We found the Von Frue to be a nice church. The crypt in the cellar was quite dark and didn't do much for me. I really liked the small side chapel out the left door and on the left. It was very sweet.

The cripta is very interesting, the rest not so much. The history of the church is interesting. If you are around, you can give a glance.

It is a very old and beautiful church. The secret in this church is the crypt - the old church from the time of the vikings in "the basement". Don't miss this church, if you visit Aarhus.

Like all chuches in Denmark, you can enter for free if it is open. The church is really big, and have a lot of different areas to it, so it can be used for smaller events also. It is truly beautyfull. I am an ateist, but I visit the sometimes, just because it is so beautyfull.

Church of our Lady is the oldest church in Aahurs and has lovely paintings on the wall with family crests also. The heating system has left heat marks on the walls but it's still beautiful. We wanted to light a candle but the sweet older lady said they didn't take our currency. To our surprise she gave us two candles... More

This is Aarhus oldest cathedral. The oldest parts go back to 1060 and are in the cellar. Quiet courtyard. Nice athmosphere.

This centrally located Church i definantly worth a visit, when you are in the center of Århus. The highlight is the crypt underneath, entrance from inside the church. Is the crypt of the old church. It is said to have a direct corridor that leads to the cathedral. The Church itself is quite beautiful.
