I loved walking around in this church. The doors were open and there were a lot of things to read about and to admire. I even saw a viking ship!
I think the reviewer whom described Aarhus as being 'beautiful' is perhaps exaggerating Aarhus to a good extent. Aarhus is nice,but certainly not beautiful. The cathedral we have here is nice. Interesting brick exterior, classic plain lifeless Danish white interiors. The cathedral looks more like a church, certainly one of the least impressive European cathedrals that I have seen. But hey... this is Denmark.
