Great if you like that sort of thing

Busy night life, lots of bars, with lots of beer. Can get noisy, best to avoid hotels that are too close.

This is absolutely a must go to place if you are in Aalborg. Go out for dinner in the evening and go and visit the bars and pubs. Be ready to do nothing the day after😉

Lots of bars for a cheap night with ladies, beer and liquor. The street is a place where sou should bring your friends and not your wife.

Jomfu Ane Gade is just a long street full of pubs, bars, restaurants and people. There are guys every day and every time, it is a good place where to meet new people and to drink something. I do not consider it like an attraction, anyway I suggest to drink a beer there in the evening.

A small street with a lot of restaurants and bars on both sides of the street. A wide variety of bars, pubs and bodegas. Ideal for dancinh or celebrting with friends.

This is a very different place by night. It's more of the college kids hang out then, with a great deal to offer that crowd in the way of pubs, discos, fast food, and more pubs and discos! In the day, it is much mellower and quiet, and worth a stroll to enjoy the sight of the old buildings. The... More

This street is what Aalborg is known for. Basically it is an old street full of bars. Unfortunately most bars have not been renovated for many years - do not expect anything flash! The atmosphere can be pretty rough and fights are not uncommon. Also, people are quite young (age +18 most places, few +21). On the good side you... More

The street has lost some of its glory after all these years. Most of the places are badly worn and I would not say I felt very welcome, despite free beers and other offers given in the street. Happy hour most of the places until midnight. You'll get dirt cheap drinks and beers then. It seems that the real life... More

For tourists visiting Aalborg, then Jomfru Ane Gade offers a variety of small bars/discos that cater food and drink to locals and tourists alike during weekdays. Then come weekend and the street is transformed into a pulsating party area with every bar filled with partygoers and pounding music blasting.
