A beach that actually does feel like a nature retreat. No facilities whatsoever, so it's (thankfully) more peaceful and quiet than most others. It also means you'd better bring your own supplies and a pair of sneakers, since it takes a bit of a walk through Stafylos beach to get there. As an undisturbed shore with a rather rocky seabed,... Nice beach tucked away from the crowds, but beach is small stones and beach to water shoes are good idea like many beaches on skopelos.

Like naturism? Don’t miss out the Velanio beach. No one bothers you as it is officially designated. Take water with you.

This wonderful nude beache is isolated from Stafylos area by the rocks. If You feel comfortable with nudity and You really want to relax and enjoy being close to nature, Velanio is a perfect place for You!

This was the best and quietest beach we found on Skopelos. It is fully nude. The folk on the beach were the expected Northern European elderly couples and a good number of young families. There were a number of single men but everyone there was well behaved. No gawpers. It is a 15 minute walk from where you park (on... More

You don't have to be a nudist to visit here so do explore it. However, there are nudists, some fully naked and others just tops showing (ladies). We went here as we though it would be quiet which is was, although some French women came and set up camp almost on top of us even though there was lots of... More

Our first nude beach experience and most memorable other than for the obvious facts. We chose to walk from skopelos all the way to Stafylos, which normally is a 10 minute bus ride that costs around 2euro each way. There is an old paved road that you can take just after the Carrafeur grocery store on the main road out... More

This is Skopelos only official nudist beach, and even at the peak of the season it is never crowded. There are no facilities on this beach, with very little shade so come prepared. The water here is crystal clear with lots of fish to enjoy whilst snorkeling . It is about a 20 min walk once you get to Stafilos... More

The town beach(5 minutes drive from the town) of Stafylos is narrow and very busy but walk to the end and over the little hill and the long empty beach of Velanio is there for you to enjoy. It faces south west and has deep clear water.. the longest section just after passing throughout the big standing rocks is officially... More
