This beach is our family favourite, smooth pebbles and water that's as clear as tap water! The bay is usually very calm, at times there is hardly a ripple on the water however this can change depending on the weather, especially when the Meltemi winds pick up. The best time to go is in the late afternoon/early evening when the... More

We (four friends) shared a very relaxing day on the free sunbeds, only rising to walk the few feet to the restaurant behind for a delicious lunch. The beach (like all Skopelos) is stoney and can be a little difficult to negotiate for those unsteady on their feet. The car park was just across the road and free. There is... More

Would recommend here, pebbly but lovely clear water and you can catch the bus here from the port, although check he times daily as the change to suit the bus driver I believe.

Panormos has a long pebble beach with crystal clear waters and amazing sunsets. The pebbles make it hard to walk on so jelly shoes are best for getting in the lovely warm sea. There is only about six tavernas in this resort, one travel shop (but you can't buy ferry tickets there if you are island hopping). There are no... More

My ideal beach- so long as you have jelly shoes. Pebbly so water is lovely and clear and shelves steeply so you don't have to wade out miles to get wet. Nice tavernas, and free sunbeds. Probably not so good for small children though, and not great snorkelling.

Half hour bus ride from Skopelos (but do check the timetables every day!). A two minute walk from the bus to the beach. Many sunbeds, three or four tavernas. Quite quiet. Stony beach, a bit hard on the feet! Very clean beach. Fantastic, clean, clear sea, warm enough to swim in September. Beautiful setting.

Great location, on main bus route (drops off at beach) plenty of free sun beds located outside tavernas. Great simple dishes at reasonable prices

There is nothing not to like about this beach... Clean pebbly beach, crystal clear waters, surrounded by pine trees while sailing boats make their way in and out of the bay... Magic!
