Walked to this beach from Troulos which took about an hour but was very enjoyable. Good size sandy beach with a very nice taverna and covered parking bays

If you like a busy beach go just in front of the taverna,.....if you prefer a quiet area head for the right hand side. Good facilities, Toilets, shower, loungers and taverna..what esle do you need? Taverna is fine for a lunch, nice Greek salad or something of the grill, washed down with a mythos. Beach itself is sandy and water... More

I find this beach special. On our first visit the sea was calm, welcoming for snorkelling (on the left after the big stones there is another small beach reachable only by sea - rewarding after a long swin). At the second visit the sea was very angry but extremely beatiful, in great colors and a I loved it even more.

Been wanting to try this beach for a while and finally got the opportunity this year. However, we were very disappointed. The beach was crowded and the service at the taverna was slow and unfriendly. A boat trip visited whilst we were there and they clealry couldn't cope with the demand; even though they have no doubt been catering for... More

If you prefer a calm and isolated beach look no further. Dont expect however the wide range of facilities or food that you could find in Koukounaries beach. You can go to this beach using the small boats from old port or with the sailing boats.

This was a wonderful find! Shade to park cars under, great taverna and service, good toilets. Beautiful aspect really breezy so comfortable to sit in. Loungers easy to get and not too busy apart from an hour when a boat brings people in for a quick visit. Water can be a bit choppy but great fun. Service on offer at... More

We had hired a scooter for several days as we like to get around a bit and decided to go over to the other side of the island for a change ....after all when the island is only approx 12 x 6 kilometres it's hardly a long journey although sometimes the roads can be a bit hairy. The beach is... More

I really like this beach. It's a long sandy beach with lots of room for spreading out. There is also a nice taverna. Situated on the north of the island so you will need a car to access it.

I did not like it at all. The beach is wild and it is not flat. It has sudden drop near the sea. It was very warm and it does not have natural shade, so you have to rent sun beds (there were not so many and they were all occupied) or sit in the bar. It was windy and... More
