Everything I'm crossing Rio Antirion Bringe it’s like the first time I did it. It so magic the feeling that you are in the middle of the sea and you are have this extremely unique view. You have the choice to drive and cross it by your car. For the romantic I recommend to walk or to go with their... More

You can walk it Drive it- toll is expensive! See it from Rio Or the best option is to take the ferry that goes beside it to really appreciate the size. Cheap to go on ferry although not always running

We walked over the bridge (3 kms!) and took the ferry back. Great views. Hugely expensive to drive over though .... Which is why the cheaper ferries are still running?

Although it is rather expensive to pass by car, you can go for free on foot or by bicycle. It is a nice experience, and the museum in Antirrio side is free and interesting. I would recommend it, especially if you are interested in engineering.

Very nice cable-stayed deck, a great construction because it had to overcome extremely severe conditions: possibility of tsunamis, earthqakes, deep water, not stable rims (Peloponneso and Continental Greece are drifting apart). It is the also the longest "only" cable-stayed bridge (at least, as far as I know). It cost 13.20 euro to cross (which is quite a huge amount for... More

The view is spectacular!!! You can walk on the bridge, the length is around 2.5 klm. The bridge is designed and manufactured to standards to withstand an earthquake larger than 7.4 on the Richter scale. It has been estimated also that withstands any conflict of a tanker, and a wind speed of 265 km / h hurricane. Finally, the bridge... More

This is the new expensive toll bridge (about 13 euros for a car) - the ferry is slower but less than half the price If you have nothing better to do, it is a pleasant walk there and back,Rio-Antirrio about 6 km all told. The bridge is often illumined at night but not worth a special visit. There is a... More

If you want to see/take pics of it - take a ferry boat or go to the Rion beach where you will find many cafes and tavernas.
