there is no escaping this square when you are visiting Thessaloniki. It is perfectly located, huge and busy teeming with life. You have to go and have a coffee and/or buy sweets or bougatsa otherwise it is like going to Rome and not seeing the Vatican.

Its hard not to visit this square as you walk around the city, it is always busy with the lively cafe's and bars that even in the winter months serve outdoors and make the square a lively place to pass an hour or two. Loved the area. Might be good during the day as well but we only went here in the evenings. nice for shopping, nightlife and by the sea.

Cute square made special by the impressive Ottoman architecture. Few benches to sit on and occasional buskers with live music.

It's a statue and a square. My kids got a photo with it. I wouldn't go out of my way but we happened upon it.

It's great to walk through the city and feel safe . The historic center of Thessaloniki with the ladadika is gorgeous. Aristotelous Square with the old beach shall be to walk and drink from coffee to wine watching the sunset and the evening for a drink .. !! Wonderful and hospitable people , very nice coffee bars and restaurants ...... More

This is the true centre of the city in Italian architecture and stretches from the (paralia) sea promenade all the way up through the centre of the city. Its the meeting place for many people especially at the evening and night.Full of bars reastaurants and shops around.You can't scip it if you are in the city.

This place is very nice in the city centar. There are a lot place for food and coffee all around. Easily you can reach all main streets and shops by foot from this squere.,
