I was met by Natasha as planned -we had coffee and chatted before embarking on an interesting and informative tour involving sampling the many tastes of the city. Natasha is passionate about cooking as well as her city and this comes across during the tour. The city of Thessaloniki is a lovely place to visit and Natasha made it come... More

A terrific time, sharing coffee, pastries, gyros, etc., etc. etc., and learning so much about the lives and culture of the people who live in this historic town. Our guide was terrific, and explained much about local customs. This would be the ideal introduction to the town, not only for tips about local cuisine, but also how to get the... More

We booked this trip because we had taken an Urban Adventures tour in Venice and really enjoyed the personal, on the ground experience. Our adventure in Thessaloniki lived up to all of our expectations. Thanasis took us to places we otherwise would never have seen, to shops and markets and streets and merchants we wouldn't have felt comfortable visiting otherwise.... More

Tastes of Thessaloniki was one of the first things we did on our trip through Greece. It was the perfect start. We had our guide all to ourselves while we walked from bakery to market to ouzeri. He answered our questions about Thessaloniki and Greece and told us a bit about the town's past and present. He even made a... More

If you like food, culture, people and great hospitality, this is one of the best tours you will ever take. I was very fortunate to have Vicky as my guide. She was absolutely the best companion to do this tour with. I enjoyed the tour so much that I invited her and her b/f for lunch before leaving this wonderful... More

If you book this tour, whatever you do, don't eat a big breakfast or make plans for going to lunch afterwards, or even an early dinner. Apart from that, my advice would be to cancel anything that is necessary in order to fit this tour into your program. It is excellent - informative, fun and of course tasty. My guide... More

This is one of the best tours I have been on. I took a tour with friends through the many markets in thessaloniki. Natasha was great tour guide-very informative, nice and has relationships with people at the markets. Despite the rainy weather I still had a great time and saw all the diverse markets from spices to fish to copper... More

The Food tour was very nice. Even with only 2 tourist it took place. We tasted a lot of different and very tasty food during our almost 4h walk through the city. In the meantime our guide told us a lot about the foods and drinks as well about the city itself. Very good service. Replied to my emails immediately... More

This was a very enjoyable experience, there was just 2 of us on this particular tour and it was relaxed, comfortable and informative, I'd never really experienced Greek food before and Thanasis our host was knowledgeable without being preachy, it was a very leisurely from the first taste of Greek coffee to wandering around the city from Cafe to cafe...
