Just returned from our holiday in sidari.. had a great time, stayed at the theodosia hotel apartments. You should not come to Sidari if you cannot stand the Brits on holiday, but at low season it can be an excellent choice, especially if you are in the Canal d'Amor area or Melitsa village just behind it. I agree with other reviewers that most of Sidari is very commercial and aimed at the British market, but there are some lovely tavernas if you stay away from the main strip. The Sailors in particular is very good, with real Greek food, and is frequented by the locals. Also worth a try is The Family, Mythos and The Symposium.... more
