We meant to go here last year but kept on missing the signs. This year there is a few more signs. Great welcome from the historian of the place, it was late in the day when we got there but as in Greece they are used to the laid back approach. OK we were left to our own devices but... More

Very interesting and useful tour. We learned a lot about history of making olive oil and we received great advice for buying quality olive oil.

So you're on a beach holiday maybe a visit to the Old Olive Oil factory isn't first thing on your list but think again it's really interesting. We visited on our last night and were the only 2 people on our tour, almost one to one service at E3.50, can't be bad. The history of the factory itself, the olive... More

Great tour! Very well done and interesting. There is a tasting at the end of the tour. Great value for 4 euros a person.

We found this little museum quite by accident. Very interesting & well run. Learnt a lot about the manufacture of olive oil in the past. The tastings held afterwards were the best bit. I know know how to spot a really authentic extra virgin olive oil. Never buy Sainsburys TTD again! Well worth the 3.5 euro admission fee.

Our visit to the Olive Oil Factory was made by contacting them at info@paragaea.gr. It is a very informative tour that took about 2 hours. Very thorough. We were able to taste different oils with dipping bread. The entrance fee was out 3.50 Euros and so worth it. The town is small and the shopping area is only a few... More

We visited a Old Oil Factory last day of our trip in Parga. Nice little museum, we have learnt a lot about olives and olive oil. Also we have tasted some of the most quality olive oil out there. After a short tour and oil tasting we had to spend some our last money on olive products. People who work... More

When we went up to the old olive oil factory a tour was already under way, so we waited a few minutes and joined them for their tasting - you try olive oils, olive paste and a few other things. We were then taken on a tour of the factory, as no one else had arrived in the time we... More
