Nothing special - just a beach on other side of mountain - no access when you don't have a car. Quite dirty.

Fantastic sand, huge beach, well kept - a must to see. Watersports centre is available, also the kids should enjoy it as there is enough place for playing and running

Beautiful beach, with a minimum of people. Very gradual sandy entry into the sea. Unfortunately, when the wind starts to blow big, so in terms of health (small sandstorm).

We (me, husband, boys aged 6 and 3) stayed in Ixia but hired a car and drove to Tsampika Beach in August 2013 based on recommendations. What a fabulous, sandy beach in an awesome location! Really worth the 30 minute drive. We spent an entire day here, mainly in the sea. The boys snorkelled and saw some colourful fish (which... More

Lots of little fishes who will nibble at you if you lay around on the edge of the water long enough.Nice castle-building sand near the water's edge. Only downside is that on the two occasions we visited, the wind increased... More

After much searching the island, this is by far the best beach. Sandy shores, clear water and good amenities

Made a visit here because it's sandy, and prefer it to Kolymbia beach and it's shingle. Nice beach, plenty of loungers, beach cafés and WC in the car park. Sea is lovely and the best bit, and you can walk our really far before the sand beneath disappears. Only down point is there is only one bus service there and... More
