I spotted this when we were driving to somewhere else - just as were coming over the cliffs I spotted this sandy beach - only a brief glimpse. that was enough. On the way back we decided to have a look. We ended up staying for 3 hours.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Ixia and hired a car one day. We stumbled across this beach after driving past. I'm so glad we stopped to have a look. It's gorgeous! It's a quiet beach, popular with locals rather than lots of tourists. Well worth a visit.

Tsambika Beach is the best beach I have ever visited. Soft, white sand and clean and very clear water where you could easily spot some "aquarium fish". Sunbeds were as close to the water as they could be placed and the rent of two beds and umbrella was very reasonable. By the beach there were many little restaurants and kiosks...

If you want to see Tsampika beach from the best spot, then you need to climb some 300 steps to reach the small Church on top of the hill, but go there early morning before the heat can beat you.
