Clean and safe for swimming and long enough to have your own space.Plenty of taverns to chose from and plenty of watersports.

Owned by the Greek Orthodox church, this long sandy beach has several beach cafés, freshwater showers and toilets. Don't drive beyond the last café unless you are in a 4x4 .. we saw people attempting to do so and getting stuck in the sand! I visited Tsambika Beach in April, so it was not crowded at all at the time. The water was a bit cold. Better to visit from May to October if you like to go for a swim I think. Very nice and long sandy beach between Faliraki and Lindos area. If you like hiking, you may climb to the Monastery of St Tsambika before going to the beach. Great sandy beach there is water sports and plenty of sunbeds there also various beach bars to have something to eat and drink . Its a relaxing way to spend a day heaven !!! love it

Lovely beach and Tsambika mountain is well worth the climb, amazing views at the top breath taking in fact make sure you have comfortable shoes but most of all your camera!

Hidden in the moutains, natural, unspoilt, with soft sand and crystal clear water, breathtaking... A quiet place with no music being played too loud, the perfect escape!

Lovely beach..great choice of restaurants....we got a bus there from Afandou whoich as 1eu60 and it takes you right on the beach!
