Zia is a lovely mountain village with amazing views and some really cute little shops and restaurants. I have been to Kos 5 times and am returning this year. I have visited Zia 3 times and will still be going again this year. We booked an excursion one year as i don't like driving on the mountain roads at night... More

W e hired a car to go to Zia, but there are trips for around 8 euros each. The views are stunning. There are a number of locals selling their wares are great prices (I bought cinnamon syrup and olive oil from their olive groves in the back garden. There are a number of tavernas with very reasonable prices and... More

It is advisable to wear good walking shoes as the village is high in the mountains and some paths are a little steep. It is definitely well worth the visit here if only to enjoy the views.... More

As said before most of the shops sell all the same things. We went for a meal at the top of the village but beware, it was full of cats, although the... More
