Could receive a makeover. Remove the metal posts with the tin cans. Give the "massage" cave their marching orders! Tidy-up and install a toilet for ladies if you can't afford it for the gents! Not a place that I'd be returning to in a hurry! Perhaps charge a fee and use the money to sort it out!

We had an image of bubbling mud when we headed towards Therma beach. Well, there weren´t any bubbles but warm water and amazing sights. It was a very hot day but when you walk slowly back to the bus stop you will survive. You´ll understand what I mean when you visit the place. Absolutely worth visiting.

What a fabulous place to go and soak those aching joints in a natural bubble pool . Very hot so watch the sun burn and enter from the open sea inlet not the other side its scalding. Very relaxing and makes you feel wonderful. love the place. Bit of a hike but there are Donkey taxis to get up and... More

Visited here after a long day touring the island on a buggy. At the top there is a large car park, but if you need to, there is also a car park at the bottom of the hill. Ones there I would recommend going no past the massage area to base yourself as getting into the sea is easier. Where... More

A lovely view as you reach the top of the mountain. Not a bad climb down although I do hate seeing grown adults on the donkeys going up and down the mountain. This a large hot rock pool which is a strange experience but lovely. Probably wouldn't spend the day down there but worth a venture if you are bored.

How many thermal springs have I been to? Answer one, this one. It was warm weird and smelly. Go late afternoon when the trip buses have disappeared and the sun isn't as intense.

We didn't really know what to expect. We had a hire car and had read that late afternoon was the best time to visit to avoid the large numbers of trip buses. It was relatively quiet when we arrived and parked at the top car park easily. The goats are keen to find out if you are carrying food.... So... More

At Eastern end of Kos Island, past Kos Town to dead end of road -- signpost "Therma" at Agia Fokas. 20 minute walk down path on cliff edge to amazing natural Therma Pool where volcanic underground heating keeps pool at 40-50 Centigrade, with opening to cooler Sea water if you get too hot. Actually see bubbles rising in water constantly... More

This is a stunning place. I couldnt understand negative reviews at all. I visited yesterday. There is a steep walk down but easily manageable and what natural beauties like this are on main roads. If you like snorkeling and seeing fish, this is a double whammy. Here is all you need to know or at least what helped me out.... More
