A very unusual experience - swimming in an outdoor bath!

Our car hire depot suggested we visit the Therma Bath and we were glad we did. Go early or late as it is small and wouldn't hold more than 20 comfortably. Very pebbly, so take old... read more

Our car hire depot suggested we visit the Therma Bath and we were glad we did. Go early or late as it is small and wouldn't hold more than 20 comfortably. Very pebbly, so take old shoes or flip flops to wear right into the water, but once you get there - wow!! We swam for half an hour in... More

Well worth a visit if you are holidaying in Kos. Try to go before 10.00am or after 4.00pm to avoid the tourist coaches to really appreciate.

Amazing 'hot bath' take water shoes with you as very difficult to walk on stoney/pebbly beach. Climb back up hill could possibly be too difficult for elderly but you are able to get a quad bike right down to water and close to 'hot pool'. No facilities but plenty of caves to change in privacy

Well worth a visit. Best to park at the top and walk down. We visited in April and it was sooo cold however the thermal pool was roasting hot. Quite an experience.

The beach is very nrglected. Only one kiosk. This unique natural wonder should be renovated to meet the 21st century

The terma beach nothing special, but still worth a visit. The pools offered unique experience, which is a must when visiting the country. There was a bit of a walk from top of the hill to the beach. The beach and pools were busy with tourists. It was a lovely visit to see something different.

First time in 2012 there was nothing there apart from the hot pools. On our return 2014 they have now got. Food drinks on sale. And poor donkeys that will carry you up and down. Poor things. Wear flats or trainers as rocky and pebble beach. Enjoy the walk.

Loved it here! We was actually staying in Turkey, got a boat over to Kos for the day and got a quad bike here, we parked the quad up and went for a wonder and came across this little beauty! Okay, so there was a bit of a walk (but, if your not miserable and whinge about everything, is a... More

Best beach ever visited. A must when visiting Kos. The hottest water, just like getting in the bath. Relax and enjoy, and its free! Good for snorkelling and lots of wildlife, goats and cats on the beach, very friendly, typically Greek. Beach taverna open in summer but was closed in late October.
