Fantastic viewing

The Monastery is a lovely place to visit and the view from the Cross is excellent. A trip there at night is highly recommended.

Great location, nice and quit, it wasn't crowded, you have a nice view on top of the mountain, ticket only costs 6 euro (kids are free). Anyone who loves historical sites should have a look

Nice to visit but not a must-see in Rhodos. Prefer and give time for Lindos, Old Kamiros and buttefly valley.

Unfortunately when we visited there were tours from cruise liners so very busy. Very interesting site to visit though

From all the ruins I saw on Rhodes Island this place surly is my favorite one. Awesome view down onto the coast. Definitely a must see.

You get a stunning view from the gardens of a nice little monastery on top of a steep hill. And you will love the peacocks.

We enjoyed our trip though did it by public bus from Rhodes leaving 10.15 returning 12.15. Lots of tour coaches coming & going! Nice to have the time to savour all the views and the history dating back to 200 BC!

We found our visit to the Monastery very interesting, inside the church, the grounds and the mosaics in the cloisters, all very good. Afterwards you can walk the tree lined path to the small church and cross, where you get some wonderful views. Visiting is easiest with a hire car, but you can get the little tourist train from Ilyassos,... More
