You could not go in this church when we were there but the outside is an amazing shape. Great for photos and worth a visit during the day on the way to the windmills and also at sunset. Only takes a few minutes and you will get some great photos.

You can't visit it. There's no information about it. It's just there. I would have like to learn more about it.

A must see to appreciate the asymmetrical beauty of Mykonos architecture. The white washed chapel is close to the harbor, shops, and tavernas for a tourist's day. A must see while in Mykonos.

Walked here after a night of drinking (my fault) and a pickpocket stole my wallet. Apparently it is a place where guys go to have some "fun" late at night but it seems very dangerous bc it is poorly lit and there are some questionable characters circling the area. A man started chatting with me bc he must have noticed... More

Paraportiani is not a single church, but separate churches built together. It is an emblem for Mykonos

One of the charming wonders to see when visiting Mykonos. This little church is one of the most photographed in Europe due to its unique shape. Some days it is open to the public where you can go in and light a candle. The day that my group was there it was not.

Located at a rather quiet part of the Mykonos town, Paraportiani is a unique church that definately worths paying a visit. It's shape is one of a kind and it's location is very nice. Don't miss it.

There's something magical about this place. I cant quite put my finger on what it is - it maybe the simplicity, or the unassuming white structure, maybe its the ethereal glow on this place, when the sun sets. Whatever it is, I found myself transported to a higher plane! A magical dreamlike plane! Very unexpectedly, my favourite spot in Mykonos... More
