I visited Elounda for two weeks with my family end June/start July and was initially referred to the Blue Dolphin Dive Centre by my hotel. I fit in eight dives, six boat dives and two shore dives, including 3 two-dive mornings. Dive centre picked me up each dive day at 8.30am and, even with two dives in the morning, was... More

Dive-center is a pleasant place in territory of hotel with set of various dive-sites. The dive-center has a dive-boat that allows to dive far enough from hotel. Diving conditions were magnificent: it is visibility to 25 meters, various kinds of fishes and different artefacts on a sea-bottom. Diving with Blue Dolphin command you can see antique amphora’s and gun shells... More

Had two dives as a recently qualified open water diver. The staff were excellent with a quick safety refresher and then on to the dives. Advice was gracefully given and the staff were extremely encouraging. Contact and arrangements were excellent with great flexibility about times of dives. Couldn't have enjoyed myself more. Swimming with octopus, barracuda, cuttlefish and cornetfish.

I completed my four open water dives and became a qualified diver under the very patient, professional and thorough guidance of Dyana and team. I thoroughly enjoyed the scenic and beautiful dives and achieved all my skills with Dyana being the perfect teacher of a nervous student. . The whole team were welcoming and supportive. Hire of equipment was included... More

Doing the dive was one of the highlights of my holiday. Pierre my instructor was very patient as I was a little bit nervous to begin with, but soon got past that and was totally relaxed and enjoyed every minute. All the staff were friendly and patient and made sure that you understood everything and were happy with the procedures.

We had a couple of dives here in July 2013 and were very impressed by the variety of marine life, from shore dives, in comparison with previous dives in this area of the Mediterranean. We saw Amberjacks, gilthead bream, a variety of other bream species, scorpion fish, dusky groupers, and the usual suspects ( wrasse etc.). The staff were very... More

I revisited this dive centre located in the grounds of the hotel Aguilia and am glad to say that it was just as good as last year. If you are driving to the hotel you need to check in at the gate and park up. Otherwise the centre can arrange to pick you up and drop you off as part... More

I first visited the Blue Dolphin Dive School last year and completed the Scuba Diving Course, which is the first step on the ladder to diving. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and decided that the following year I would go back and do some more. I went back in May this year and did a few dives with Diana, Lucky... More

My wife and I, both in our mid-50's, got our PADI Scuba certificate here a couple of weeks ago. Our instructor Dajana was perfect - calm, patient and firm, just what was needed for the both of us to overcome some fear issues we had even a few metres under the surface. Lucky and the whole team were all extremely... More
