A tough walk, unless you're fairly experienced, as the terrain is tricky in places - trainers are ok, but 'walking sandals' wouldn't be - there's a lot of 'cobble' sized stones; the first three km is probably the toughest, as you're descending sharply down steep steps which are very uneven in places.
