This was a great tour and Trevor was a great guide....especially for the price! Our 4-hour tour went by all of the main sites and Trevor offered lots of great tips on how to enjoy the city along the way. Being in a small group, we had a bit of choice in how much time to spend in some areas... More

This is one of the best free walking tour we had in Europe. Trevor is great, he explained each location very calmly and answered all of our questions. Though the tour was for three hours, we finished in four hours because we wanted a longer route and asked lot of questions. Trevor didn't show any sign of rush, he allowed... More

Trevor was our guide today and we believe that he did an excellent job. He pointed out all the main areas and explained how to access them yourself (he didn't waste time pointing out the obvious areas), but took us around pointing out nice areas otherwise you would have not found ..... and answered every question everyone had. Thanks Again!

Received email confirmation with detailed directions for meeting spot and contact information for Trevor the guide. He did not show and after waiting 15 minutes I sent a text but got no response. Sent an email after returning home from the day to ask what happened and got no response. I don't recommend this company at all. If I had... More

We did a 4 hours tour with Trevor on holy Saturday and that was very good. In four hours we visit a lot of the old Athen and had a very good inside of history and religion. Thanks again Trevor it was a pleasure for my Mum and myself. Damien

We met Trevor by the McDonald's in Syntagma Square and he was awesome! Imagine having a friend that moved to Athens years ago and he takes 1/2+ the day off to just show you around Athens at your own pace and he knows a lot about the historic sites and even gives you tips on where to get the best... We were three when we met Trevor, others canceled their appointment. But still Trevor was willing to take us and luckily we met our friend to join. Trevor showed us things that we didn't encounter in travel books and even hints on current situation. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice overview of the city in 3 hours. We met with Trevor early in the morning, and it was just two of us, so the tour was very personal. Trevor was very kind, always willing to answer all our questions and had a great knowledge of the Greek myths, Greek gods, places, etc. He took us to many nice places... More

Had a wonderful tour with Trevor this morning! He provided us with lots of interesting information about Athens and gave us a very interesting primer. It was a very good start for our 3-day stay in Athens. This tour provided us with opportunities to go to charming parts of Athens off the beaten track (and not found on guidebooks) without... More

Staying in Psirri / Gazi

Neighborhood Profile
Psirri / Gazi
Side-by-side neighborhoods Psirri and Gazi provide some of the city’s prime nightlife. The almost claustrophobic streets of Psirri feature an interesting blend of original small businesses with the restaurants, cafés and bars that have recently sprouted up. The central artery of Agion Anargiron Street has lively places to eat or drink. Further west, you can visit the peaceful ancient cemetery of Keramikos, then cross busy Pireos Street to find yourself in Gazi. With the huge Technopolis performance and art complex converted from old gasworks at its heart, you really have to come at night to appreciate this maze of bars at its best, although a daytime stroll will allow you to admire the excellent street art.
