Place is difficult to find and you'll think you're in the wrong place when you arrive at the building but the spa itself is well kept. Booked beforehand but struggled with the website so emailed them to confirm the booking. Was told off harshly when I got there for not answering my phone to confirm the booking but who picks... We ended off our trip with a package that included a Hammam, scrub. massage and a fish pedicure. Booking was easy. The people were wonderful. The location is quiet (though the elevator was a bit creepy). Its clean also. Only problem was the steam room was VERY HOT. I have done steam rooms before but this one was extra hot,... More

Many thanks for the lovely review. Usually clients enjoy a hotter steam sauna but of course this depends on each one's taste. Next time, just ask for a lower temperature. In our spa, he's the customer who decides about everything :-) More

On the last day of my Greek holidays I realized that my feet paid the price for the daily jogging and the constant use of cheap flip-flops. They looked really horrible and even worse, the skin broke at several places and it hurt while walking. When I passed this place it seemed a good idea to try their fish baths.... More

When we go to Athens we always stay in this neighborhood. This place used to look a little toursity to me, with fish foot bathes in the window, but now it is a real spa. The ladies who work here are super nice, made me feel really comfortable and did an excellent job with my pedicure and facial. I had... More

Athens is a beautiful city, though sometimes one needs to break out of the city's hustle and bustle. This spa is the perfect spot for that. It is hidden on the upper floor of an ugly building, but when you enter, you 're in another world. The design, the ambience, the staff, all help to unwind and relax. I was... More

Ok. I may be less than hip but I've never heard of a fishspa but I'll come back to that. This place is a hidden gem in a random back alley. Once your in, you're teleported into a super calm environment. The owner or guy who runs the place is very nice and welcoming. Get a package or order a... More

It was great experience. Everyone should go before leaving Athens. The staff was very nice as well. The only problem was that it didn't leave my feet any softer. I wouldn't do it again because there was no difference but I am glad I went to experience it!

Thanks for the review! We are glad you enjoyed your treatment in our spa. Regarding the effectiveness of the fish pedi I recommend to repeat the treatment soon. Results are visible, for most of our clients, from the first time, but it needs more than one treatments to notice the full benefits More

My partner and I were impressed by the quality of the 25 minute massage we had. The staff were so professional, friendly and the spa had a lovely calm atmosphere - just what we were looking for. Our expectations were surpassed. Many thanks again.

This spa is a peaceful and lovely escape from the city, with warm and friendly staff and a nice array of spa services. I had the fish pedicure, which was unique and fun, and then a terrific traditional pedicure to spruce up my tired feet.

We arrived in Athens with our family after a long day of travel. I asked the concierge at our hotel if there was a spa to close by to get massages. As we arrived at the building our expectations were low but from the moment the elevator door opened we were delighted. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, the staff... More

Staying in Plaka

Neighborhood Profile
Plaka
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
