One of the most beautiful beaches!

This beach is gorgeous! One of the best I've seen and I've been to 5 other Caribbean countries to compare. The sand is coarse, not the powder sand I like but other than that, it's... read more

This beach is gorgeous! One of the best I've seen and I've been to 5 other Caribbean countries to compare. The sand is coarse, not the powder sand I like but other than that, it's perfect. The water is so blue! There are very friendly beach vendors. None bothered us, we would have conversations and if we didn't want to... More

Water was an amazing color, but opaque. Kind of like swimming in milk! Lol! I prefer to be able to see to the bottom. The beach has a nearby restaurant and rustic bathroom facilities. Vendors on beach are aggressive and approached us almost immediately. Our driver Joseph, set them straight immediately and stuck around and waited for us, very nice... More

What a great beach. Always busy because the cruise ship people tend to go there. Chairs and umbrellas are for rent over all great location and nice locals. They also have restaurant and bar so that's ideal.

Valley Church beach is very beautiful, turquoise water, white sand beach, with chairs and umbrellas for rent for the typical price of $5 for each chair and $10 for the umbrella for the day. There is a jet ski vendor and a small catamaran for hire. The jet ski guys are very nice and not too pushy. They start out... More

Check on-line when the cruise ships are coming in and avoid most of the beaches near St. John's as they all get crowded

Beautiful amazing beach... Really quite rough when we visited and lots of people (cruise ship visitors) getting bowled over... But we really enjoyed it until my husband went over. Jarred his wrist, probably lucky not to get a breakage. Take care but lots of fun.

This beach is amazing... until the cruise ships come to port and pour out thousands of people who then get here. But they are only there between 11 and 3.30pm so be a bit patient because it's worth it. Sunbeds and umbrella available for rent (5 USD each).

We stayed at the Coco Beach Resort which boarders the south side of the beach. The north side has vendors and a restaurant, and is quite clean. However, the south side is full of seaweed and trash. The beach all along is full of sea shells, which might be a positive for many, but that also means that the current... More

Lovely white sand beach.Beautiful blue sea as you would expect.Becareful as the water gets deep quite quickly. This beach is very popular and got quite crowded near the small bar and restaurant, but if you don't want a bed or parasol you can escape the crowds further along the beach. Restrooms with changing space and an outdoor shower are free to... More

Nice beach -but there was a storm the night before and it made the water murky and full of seaweed. There were three ships in port and the beach was packed We left after 1 hour The people who rented us the chairs told us we needed to wait for the driver who took us-we caught a ride with the...
