To believe it you have to see it. I have never seen water with this color except in pictures and in movies and I always thought that these are airbrushed or fixed somehow. No matter what we say in this reviews you won't get the picture until you see it with your own eyes in person. If you are in... More

We walked this beach a bit before a dive we had with Jolly Divers (who are located right on this beach). The beach is long, white sand, clear water, and while we were there (around 8-9am on a weekday) it was almost empty and just gorgeous!! Wish we'd had time to make it back here! You can also see this... More

Took a municipal bus from town to get there (1.50$ per person) and we got there in no time. From the second you get there, you be in awe of how beautiful this beach is. Soft, pale sand and clear water. Not too busy to get a nice spot. Rented a jet ski for the cheapest price I have ever... More

This was my third trip to Antigua but my first time going to Valley Church beach. It took about 25 minutes from the ship and around $10 each way with a full cab.The more people the less money. It is a busy beach and the cabs all come there. There is even a cabby coordinator that organizes all the cabs and pickup times... We went to this beach in July 2013. We had hired a car otherwise I think you would have difficulty getting to this beach by foot or public transport. The sea was a beautiful turquiose colour,so clear and warm. The sand was lovely, soft and white. The thing I really lovely about this beach is how deserted it was, the... More

This beach was stunning, we were only there for about an hour as it was a stop as part of a tour. I have never seen so many shells on a beach! My 2 sons had great fun finding all the different shells they could, we have bought a few home with us as well! The beach was long, sandy... More

Arrived at this beach mid to late afternoon. We were only in Antigua for the day, off the cruise ship, and had previously been to Pigeon Beach & Darkwood Beach. Valley Church beach looked beautiful in review photos, but I knew it got extremely busy on cruise days, so had every intention of avoiding it, but our driver took us... More

Visited here, at the recommendation of our local tour guide Sean, who said it is his favourite beach on the island. Blue Warm Sea, fantastic view, white sand and peaceful. Nothing more to say, it was fantastic.

Get of the ship, find a taxi and arrange for the most spectacular day of your life. This cove and beach are the most beautiful I have very seen and I have seen many. Rent the umbrella and chairs and enjoy as spectacular day. Rented jet skis ( negotiate negotiate) and had a blast. Can't wait to go back.

This beach is really amazing. We took a taxi there - which was a little confusing since the drivers were outbidding each other to take us - but we made it and set a time for pickup when we got out of the cab. It was $15 per person each way. We were there on a cruise and we asked... More
