With a very romantic space, good for sports (running, football, volleyball,cycling...) or just to take a walk it's a good way to spend some hours. You can bring food and make a picnic and also feed the animals in the park. It's very, very big and next to the beach!

Perfect place for a romantic picnic. Go grab lunch like a box of sushi at "Arco iris" (a restaurant where take away is 5€ a box) and bring it and eat it at the park, near the lake. So calm!

Perfect park for a break - so wonderful to walk and relax, take a fresh natural juice standing inside the park and looking at the ocean! Yes, you are at Porto city, at a natural beautiful park and you are also facing the beach! So nice to walk all the way down and you are at the beach! A lot... More

When you step into this park you leave all the noise and hustle & bustle of the city behind. This is a great place to just walk and relax and look at the wildlife. You can also run or bike. There is the great water pavilion within the park which is worth a visit and quite cheap. It is only... More

Amasing green spot where you can play with the kids, have a run, relax and even feed the ducks in the lake. Theres 3 entrances from Matosinhos, Boavista and from the beach. Book a full day there and you will not regret

The best urban park in Portugal. From the city to the beach. Worth a walk (or a run or bike ride, if you prefer) and a picnic. Perfect for all ages. It also has a couple of cafés where you can relax or work (wi-fi available)

An amazing park, great to hang out with friends and family, have a picnic, do sports, walk around. Also really peaceful if you are in need of getting away from the city center for a while.

A magical place with so many locations to wander through with friends, or to have a picnic. Lakes abound, trees tower, birds flit about. Wander through it and you eventually see the sea. Personally I like to hang out under a tree with a bottle of wine, some good food and a few friends. Nothing beats it.

Catch the 502 bus West at Jardim de Boavista it will cost 1.85€ to the parque, it is a peaceful stroll through the parque winding your way past the various lakes and trees, there are many picnic areas and I should imagine it gets quite busy at weekends. I will take about 30 minute to reach the seafront, to the... More

Went there for NOS Primavera Sound and was really impressed. The place is great to fully appreciate the concerts without being bothered by taller people.
