Hiking, jumping and swimming in breathtaking clearwater views, kayaking in unpoluted waters, canyoning in the best rivers is what we do best. We connect you to mountain's traditions with an insider view in Peneda-Geres National Park, considered world heritage of biosphere by UNESCO and it is the only one in the Iberian Peninsula, with a maximum rating of parks (Word Wildlife Fund). Who knew you could have such a rugged day out so close to Porto? I'd always wanted to visit Gerês National Park and what better people to do it with. We went to two swimming spots.. both of which had ICE COLD water but SO MUCH FUN! Got battered by waterfalls and did a couple of cliff jumps. Even got... More

What a great day! Unique experience! Don't worry about money that day, as the guide will tell you, you will see that the tour is worth every cent! Thanks to Ricardo!

We booked a canyoning day with a group of friends (Bachelor Party). We had an amazing day with so much fun. It was the first time for most of us and everyone enjoyed the trip. The itinerary is really diverse and long enough. Beautiful landscape and we were on our own from the beginning until the end… Ricardo and the... More

I can not write a review that will truly do this trip justice...simply put, it was amazing! The highlight of our 10 days in Portugal. I was travelling with my brother & sister, & I am so glad we decided to do a guided tour instead of exploring Geres ourselves. We joined with five other people to make a group... More

The trip to Geres National Park was amazing. Our guide, Ricardo, took us to places in the park that would have been impossible or improbable to find without him. The hike is a bit challenging-- make sure that you are fit enough to hike for at least 45 minutes at one time with some steep trail areas. And wear close-toe... More

In my own opinion the best option to explore Geres national park is to take a guide that knows the best places to visit. This would be essential for those travellers, that has short time available but still are willing to have some adventure out in the nature. I have experienced both-guided tour and going solo to the park. I... More

We only had a couple of days in Porto, but after reading the reviews of the Oporto Tours on here, we decided to book, and we were not disappointed! The national park has some amazing sights, and the swim in the waterfalls (although FREEZING!) was amazing! we were brought to a little village up in the mountains where Nana Rosa... More

There were some problems at the start of the day because of some mechanical problems with the Jeep, causing us to miss some time in the park. However, we had a wonderful trip despite the initial inconveniences and Carla was very fair and helpful in compensating us with a discount. The park is beautiful, the guide and fellow participants were... More

The tour was great. We where picked up in Porto and it took 1,5 hours to get to the national park. The trip did include 2 hiking tours along small rivers to beautiful waterfalls with options to swim. Between this tours we had a lunch break with traditional protogues food.
