Our guide Joanna obviously loves Porto, and this feeling will get you too. Few hours we spent together made me instantly sure I want to come back to Porto again for more than 2 nights. What I really appreciate was that Pancho tours don't push you to go with them for paid tours. (what I really don't enjoy by some... More

It wash our first time in Porto and only visiting for 2 days so wanted to make good use of our short time. We are travelling independently but it is good to mix it up a bit with a short organised tour. There were about 10 in the group representing about 5 different nations with ages ranging from 20s to... My Captain: Miguel Destination: Porto Result: My heart, head, and stomach were left full, fat, and happy. Porto is a city that fills my heart with joy and endless possibility, and from the moment a guide from Pancho tours picked us up from our hostel, I knew we were in for a treat. When we arrived at the meeting point,... More

We really enjoyed the tour and the concept, where after the tour you pay the guide what you feel the tour was worth. It was a great introduction to the city and we went back and visited certain places after when we had more time. My only criticism is that there were at least 30 of us and sometimes it... More

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Pancho Tours. We had pre-booked a free walking tour in Porto. After waiting for 15 minutes after start time we thought the tour guide had arrived, but instead it was someone to count numbers and said the tour guide would be there shortly. After waiting another 10 minutes (now pushing half... More

Had a really great tour guide (Joanna). She was interesting and very knowledgable and it was a fantastic introduction to Porto. Best way to see the city and she recommended some great bars and local places to hang out after.

We did the 2pm afternoon tour on a Sunday and with Ana we had a really nice, polite and well informed guide. She neither said too much nor left us with doubts or questions. The spots we visited were interesting and well chosen. It could have been a bit more walking and a bigger area to see but finally it was... More

Johanna is a very spontaneous guide, funny also. She showed us a mix of historical and cultural things which was very nice. We also got great advise to eat, try porto and rent bikes.
