The Monumental Torre Dos Clerigos is a Baroque structure with very interesting decorations. I liked the views from the top.

The tower provides good 360 degree view of the city. Although the river is not visible but one can see the wine cellar across the river. The stair cases are steep and hence it is not easy for everyone to climb to the top of the tower. Also there is hardly much space there and so when it is crowded... More

If you can handle the 240 step climb up to the top of the tower you are in for a treat. The staircase is narrow and can be difficult to climb, but the views from the top are amazing. You can see spectacular views of Porto from 76 meters up. If you are not up for the climb, the tower-... More

I liked this - it was a great view and I had a good time. It became a bit mundane over time but all in all, I had a good time.

No visit to Porto is complete without an easy climb to Torre dos Clérigos to a perfect overview of Porto Skyline. Enjoy it :)

Good place to take pictures of the city! Entrance fee was two euros per person. Prepare to reserve sometime to climb up the narrow stairs and to give room for the other people.

A great landmark for the city as you can see it from almost everywhere in the centre. It's great to look at but once you climb to the top (for a small fee) it offers stunning views of the city. Try and be there for the hour and listen to the bells ringing. Loud and amazing.

Design by Nasoni, an Italian arquitect, very beautiful and in the middle of the city. Climb all the stair, the view is breath thanking!

Torre dos Clerigos towers above the ancient roof tops of Porto. Climb to the top provides sweeping views across the city. Steep, narrow staircase can create pedestrian jam so I would suggest you go early in the morning. As the tower can be seen from across Porto, it is also a great compass if you become lost wondering around Porto.

The long climb up the stairs of the tower are small price to pay for the stunning panorama of Porto available from this vantage point
