Visited here as i love orchids, so many different types and colours, if you like orchids you will love, there is also a tea shop, where you can have a nice piece of cake and a cup of char

This is a small garden which initially looks like someone's back garden but the amount and variation of plants that have been packed in here is tremendous. Interesting variety of unusual and usual orchids in all shapes, sizes and colours, grown in jungle style settings indoors with an outside terrace area to enjoy coffee and cake 3,50€ pp and views across Funchal and the harbour. Take the bus no 28 or 29 from town.
