Decent tour on one of three routes available. Good quality audio on the free headphones too. Worth doing to get your bearings and to see an eagle eyed view of a pretty city. Cheap at 12 Euros for a 48 hour pass too.

For 12€ each this is an excellent way to get your bearings in Funchal, the buses are frequent and visit many local attractions with reduced price entry for some of them for holders of the Yellow Bus tickets. However, you need to get on a separate bus to visit Camara de Lobos, but not for the rival Red Bus tour;... More

For a start you can only buy a 48 hour ticket for €12 each, We were told the bus stops very 20 mins but we waited an Porto Moniz for over an hour. There are 2 stops at the marina and by the cable car where again the bus stops for a good 15 mins each time so you end... More

12 Euros for a hop on hop off bus around Funchal!! A very good deal as you can use the ticket for 48 hours and , if careful, you can use it for part of 2 days and the whole middle day! Also there are 2 routes... the blue route going a bit further afield to Camera Dos Lobos. Nice... More

We did both the blue and yellow routes and these were a great way to see Funchal and also to learn a bit about Madeira and its history/culture. Well worth doing in conjunction with the cable car and toboggan.

The tickets are great value as you can see plenty of funchal and the nearby village of camara de lobos and have 48 hours to hop on and hop off as often as you like. The timings aren't very accurate, the commentary isn't as detailed as we've found the red bus tours in other cities to be and the upper... More

Took the grandkids. Grat way to get some basic info on Funchal. Hop on hop off so easy once you've identified what you want to see to get off and rejoin later. We bought a combined bus and Monte cable car ticket which also gives a saving. Bus tickets valid for two days and gives access to yellow and blue... More

12 euros for a 48 hour ticket, hop on and off at lots of different stops spread across Funchal. Buses run every 15 minutes or so. Excellent.

I took a bus tour to see Funchal Island of Portugal. This is where Winston Churchill did most of his art painting. The tour I took was to see the over all island and taste the wine and white cheese which comes from there. Most of the island is very steep and rugged, I glad that I wasn't driving. Time... More
