You will find yourself on the farest point of Europe in the sea. Deep cliff so be careful. There is a path that helps you walk around.

The Cabo da Roca, is worth a stop on route to Sintra. There are beautiful views and a small coffee shop to stop for a bite to eat.

Cabo da Roca will present you with stunning views of the ocean, from its dautingly beautiful cliffs. Bring clothes as its extremely windy and can get really cold.

Visited as part of a walk along the coast, only visited as the most westerly point of Europe. Don't stray beyond the fences, the local bar owner advised of the number of people falling. Go early to beat the coach parties.

Worth to go. Great sunny day but sooooo windy. I'm an island man so I do love to visit the lighthouses and that is possible every Wednesday. Take the change. It's worthed.

While this is an interesting site at the western edge of Europe, it is not particularly different from many other coastal sites. For something truly memorable be sure to take the nearby hike to Praia da Ursa.

Spectacular scenery, like many landscapes of the west coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Gusts of winds and lower temperatures with 7 to10 degrees than in Lisbon.
