Visiting Cabo da Roca, which is the most western point of the continent, was by far the most impressive experince in our journey to Portugal. You'll be astonished by the view and by the power of the ocean.

It's a must see when you are in that part of Europe, because it gives you a special feeling when standing at the most western point of the continent. On sunday mornings you can catch a whole bunch of motorcyclist gathering there.

This is the place more ocidental in Europe. Rocks, sea, waves, very beautifull to see. There is a bar where you can have a nice " queijadinha" a sweet from Portugal, you have to eat this!

Cabo da Roca is a stunning place to visit, with high cliffs dipping into the Atlantic Ocean below. It is the westernmost point not only of main land Portugal, but also of mainland Europe. All you can see in front of you is the gaping Atlantic. Take comfortable walking shoes since there are looks of rocks to climb you want... More

First I must say I was not on a tour. In a previous review a tour company attached themselves to my review. My family live in Cascais 20 min. drive from their house this was a delightful family morning. When you are standing there you are at the furthest point in continental Europe before you go in the ocean. Would... More

This is one of those places where you feel you are very tiny... The sea in front and under...the salty smell of the water... Please watch that sunset!
