This palace also called the Versailles of Portugal deserves more visitors ! The buildings but also the garden and horse stables are very interesting. To get from Lisboa to Queluz take the train in the Rossio station direction Sintra and get of in Queluz-Belas, after a 15 minustes walk you arrive at the palace. More

We didn't even know about this palace, but the driver of the private Sintra tour we set up thru the Aviz Hotel took us here first. WOW!!!! This was our favorite stop of the tour. It is breathtakingly beautiful and detailed. The tiled sides of the private canal in the gardens is another WOW! Don't miss this stop!!! More
