Doing the Caminho de Santiago by bicycle, starting just north of Lisbon (two train stops away from the Santa Apolonia station). The trip was a lot easier than 2 years ago since the weather was usuall 30 to 33 degrees instead of 35 to 40. One should still consider doing this in late spring or late summer nonetheless. Per usual... More

Very nice, polite guys, bikes were good quality (we chose the budget option). Not entirely clear on the map the route to Belem (basically a straight line but a couple of detours) however easy enough to work out. Wonderful day out with a nice viewpoint about halfway. Well worth the price and well worth doing - but bring suncream! Would... More

We always seek out bike hire when we visit cities around the world, our experience is of proffesionlly run hire firms , helpful and informative and then in Lisbon we had the misfortune to find Bikeiberia!! Unhelpful staff, poor quality bikes , when we decided not to go ahead we had a real issue getting our personal information back and... More

Thumbs up to bikeiberia! We rented bikes for a day to ride to Belem and back. The store has a great location right in the heart of the city waterfront at the start of the bike trail. The staff was very helpful and kind. Go with these guys for a great, affordable bike experience!

For the second year in a row we have rented our bikes from BikeIberia for our independent ride through Portugal. (Last year we biked from Porto to Vila Nova de Mil Fontes and this year from Beja to Sagres and Lagos). The planning and reservation process went smoothly, the delivery and pick-up service was simple and smooth, and the bikes... More

I really recommend Bikeiberia. The service was excellent. Tanya our main contact was fantastic. The bikes were Canondale. Excellent quality. They dropped the bikes to our hotel and picked them up 5 days later.

I rented a touring bike from Bikeiberia for a self-directed, 500-km ten-day trip starting in Lisbon and finishing in Faro. The bicycle was either new or like new and I had no mechanical difficulties whatsoever. It was extremely convenient to be able to leave the bike at my hotel in Faro where it was picked up by Bikeiberia`s courier. The... More

I rented a bike to ride the way to Santiago de Compostela from Pamplona. I called BikeIberia and on the phone they were very helpful. They explained how the rental worked and instructed me how to confirm my rental. Service was good, quick, professional. They delivered the bike in Pamplona and then they collected it from Santiago. Important: The bikes... More

We rented touring bikes for a 2-week self-supported vacation. We have rented bikes before I other countries to do something similar. The bikes and accessories were the best we have ever had. Very high quality and well maintained. They thought of everything including spare parts for disc brakes! Tania was incredibly helpful through e-mail as we planned our trip. We... More
