This was our second visit to this most delightful shop we wanted to show our friends and they were not disappointed. The owners are so Friendly, kind and helpful. We have bought lots of really lovely gifts both for ourselves and family. Everything is original as it is all hand made. We are returning to Lisbon in January 2015 and... More

We stumbled upon this shop during a morning walk and laughed at the name. Later, we stopped and discovered a super cool shop with unique items (a pleasant surprise as we were expecting made in China junk). We ended up getting some great gifts and went back a second time for more. A must stop!

Passing through the streets of Lisbon, I see a small electric car for rent. I've been thinking about renting one for a while. Small, and zippy.. quite smart for the crazy city traffic and small roads. I went into the shop to enquire about the car, and I saw these attractive little ornaments and decorative products of many shapes and... More

This is not a run-of-the-mill souvenir shop. Walk in on any day and see António is sculpting clay dishes and other figures right there at the counter. The shop has unique items-- everything from hand-carved wooden bowls to notebooks to wool clothing-- many made by local artists at reasonable prices. He's friendly and knowledgeable, and he and his wife are... More

My traveling companions and I had the pleasure of visiting this store recently. All the items for sale were handmade in Portugal. The items were all unique and of excellent quality. The shopkeeper was very knowledgable and very helpful. We had the best shopping experience of our trip at this shop. It is in a location that was easy to... More

Graphic art work displayed in the window drew me into the store. Portuguese tiles (azulejos) were mounted on museum style frames, fanciful crafts, handmade ceramics and jewelry all were well crafted and or whimsical. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I even easily ordered items from the states.

In this shop you won't find the normal standardised souvenirs, but very nice and special gifts. You can buy there for example original old ceramics of Lissabon. It´s really worth to step some meters off the main road and go to this shop.
