I enjoyed the visit very much. The animals are kept in large spaces, which seems much more comfortable for them, and the landscape of the site is much pleasent.

We went on a rainy day (still warm) and wandered around the very quite place. We got to the dolphin and sealion area in time for the show, but there were only a dozen or so of us who braved the rain to watch. The keepers then invited us all 'backstage' to see some of their training! We go to...

It was an unforgettable experience not just for our 4 year old, but for ourselves. I'd never have thought I could spend five hours in a zoo, actually we could easily have spent the whole day there if we didn't have to catch our plane.
Taking a cable car ride to see the entire place from above is a good...

Entrance fee quite high, but well worth the money. Nicely kept zoo, animals seem happy. Dolphin show was amazing. Enjoyed by the whole family
This is one of the best zoo's ever. The animals have healthy, shiny coats and room to move around. The zoo is clean, tidy and well kept. The zoo is a full day if you want to see everything, with some up hill walking. The sea lion show is good fun. Without exception you must see the dolphin show. It's...

Excellent layout, spacious enclosures and wonderful variety of animals. We enjoyed the cable car ride over the enclosures giving a different viewing angle. Metro was very reasonable and straightforward
It was our last day in Lisbon, and we did not know where to go, so we decided to go to the zoo. At first we were surprised with the expensive ticket, but when you see all the animals ant plus the dolphin show, you forget about it...

A bit expensive at first but once you spend the day in there, you do not regret it paying the amount. Dolphin show, reptile presentation, cable car going above all the zoo... it was a very fun...

Fantastic zoo, brilliant range of animals, all kept in very good conditions for a city zoo. Entrance fee was fair and it was not too busy, even in the middle of the peak summer season. Highly recommended!
