First, the bottom line: this place is NOT a tourist trap. It sounds like there are plenty of tourist-oriented fado restaurants in Lisbon, so my wife and I arrived at Sr. Vinho wondering whether we were walking straight into all the warnings from Internet reviews about overcharging and rampant commercialism. We half expected to find the place crowded with package... more

1.Good food, no one says anything! 2.Not touristic place, but OVER OVER touristic...the staff in there is like a snake willing to eat you...or like a thief ready to steal from you !! 3.pay attention on what is written in the menu..if they bring it to you...because they did not want to bring it us till we asked for it..just... more

Senhor Vinho is a nice Portugese restaurant which features Fado performances while you dine. If you are not familiar with Fado, it is a form of Portugese folk music which is very sad and emotional, but beautiful. The food is typical Portugese fare, consisting of a lot of meat and fish dishes, and their wine list consists only of Portugese... more
