Very nice place to visit with children. 90 minutes of fun and expericence. The masterpiece when visiting the area.
Easy to get the underground and get to correct part of Lisbon but not very well sign posted when trying to find the Oceanario. Great afternoon out for both adults and children lots to see and very interesting.
The Ocenario de Lisboa is a great and exiting place to visit for its amazing and very big aquarium, and its recreations of different climates around the earth with some of its species ranging from little fish to sharks, otters and penguins. Most importantly they want to provide a message to everyone about the conservation of the ocean and its... More
I loved my visit here! the Ocenario is nicely aranged, there are some amazing species there. My favorite were the sea otters and puffins - cute beyond words. Definitely the best one I've been in, but I still expected more. The main tank was beautiful and large (as were some of the species in it), and the temporary exhibit (sea turtles) was impressive, but I guess I wanted to see even more species displayed.
If you like watching the ocean creatures you will definitely enjoy visiting the Lisbon Aquarium "Oceanarios de Lisboa"... I have been there with my family a few times and I enjoyed every single time.
One of the best aquarium in the world. You can look and see thousands of fishes living in a good environment. And the temporary exibitions are also interesting.
This whole project is wonderful, from the architecture to the various examples of sea life that can be found and explored. Definitely worth a visit when in Lisbon.
Great time spent at oceanario de Lisboa. Lots of species, big ones and small ones. Really liked the guitar shark and the moon fish!
Located on an excellent place of Lisbon - Parque das Nações -, the Oceanarium is an occasion to get a wonderful lesson about the oceans, the life of the sea animals and a world of fascinating beauty.
