This is one of the finest eclectic collections of the decorative and fine arts in Europe. Not too big that you can't get round and not too small either The section covering Islamic and near Eastern art was particularly impressive. You can also have an excellent but very reasonably priced lunch in the self service restaurant.

Liked very much the classic collection in the main building. Less the modern collection at the modern art building.

Although the collections on display are smaller than I had expected everything in them is an absolute gem, so it still feels like an amazingly rich experience. Nice terrace cafe in the gardens as well.

Lots of great art in the museum. We were pressed for time, so we did not get to see the modern art though we would have liked to. Nice shop downstairs once you've finished.

At Gulbenkian's museum you will find bothe classic and modern art, with separate premises. Just adjacent to it, you will encounter, perhaps, one of the three most beautiful Lisbon gardens and also a fine theatre, of of the central points to hear great classical music. It will be, altogether, a fantastic experience, if you decide to visit the Gulbenkian Foundation... More

Old and modern art, nature, good food in a noisy but pleasant restaurant. Go, you will not regret it. I'm sure you will love it.

A city oasis, the museum is surrounded by a beautiful park. Inside it's a great mix of art and history and a beautiful collection. Don't miss tha last room with René Lalique jewellery, magnificent. The museum is free on sundays.
