My husband and I took a tour with Armando in October and it was the highlight of our trip in Lisbon. Armando was friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wines. He was also extremely professional and easy to get a hold of via email. The vineyards we were taken to were all gorgeous and unique in... More

My girlfriend and i had a wonderfull day taking the full day Alentejo tour visiting three wineries. The region itself was very interesting and i would recommend this trip to anyway wanting to get an insight into portugeese wine making. The three wineries where all very different with different production methods as well as very different wine selections. All the... More

We went on a full day tour of the Setubal and Alentejo areas of Portugal with Armando on Friday, November 7. He picked us up promptly in front of our hotel and drove us first to Setubal where he introduced us to an "egg roll" pastry and espresso at a quaint little cafe in town. Next, he took us to... More

Loved the private wine tours and history of the area with Armando, well worth it!, and got five bottles of amazing wine to take home for a great price...would highly recommend anyone looking for a wine tour to use Armando!

Really enjoyed this at the end of our trip. Good host and interesting stops on the tour. Had some difficulty getting all the purchased wine back on our flight! Give it a go, suitable for new to wine to ropey old soaks!

As a person in the wine industry, I have been to many countries and taken many wine tours. This one by far was the best because of one person...Armando!! If you know everything about wine or nothing (like my husband) his tour is amazing. From the beginning of just exchanging emails, he is fast with the responses and questions. Then... More

We found this tour through Trip Advisor and weren't sure what to expect since our hotel in Albufeira was not familiar with it. We couldn't be happier for ultimately selecting this wine tour as it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. When we initially contacted Armando, he told us that most of the tours were out of... The tour to Evora and two Alentejo wineries in July with Armando was like going on an outing with a good, cheerful and very knowledgeable Portuguese family friend. We thoroughly enjoyed this full-day tour, from the moment Armando picked us up (very punctually) at our hotel to the moment he dropped us off in the evening at a Lisbon restaurant... More

Armando picks you up at the hotel - with a cheerful mood and a Mercedes E-class. Such a nice guy, and it was such a nice day. We went to two wineries, and he really gets to know your personal taste in wine, just to adjust the tour thereafter. You get to know a lot about wine in general -... More

Great wine experience with the perfect guide! Will definately book Armando for other experiences later. Perfect guide with humour, a smile and great knowledge of both Portugal, its wines and life!
