Very nice beach in waking distance from our hotel. Little rocky and water was too cold for me. Beautiful boardwalk - walked everyday.

I was here in July, so it was very hot. Be sure to have sunglasses, and something to cover your head and the rest of your body if you have sensitive skin. As it is the ocean, no possibility to swim for a long time, so people are lying and enjoying the sun most of the time. The water is... More

The Beach is Nice but pretty crowded. The water was very cold almost as cold as the water back home in Denmark.

Lively and touristy spot with nice, clean water and golden sand. Hard to find a good place to eat though.

Spacious family oriented beach. There are lots of little coves, cafes and bars along the strip from Estoril and Cascais. No water sports activities available which can be a plus or negative depending on your needs. The walk along the promenade is a lovely for a stroll in the evening. But we were surprised by how windy and cool it... More

This is also a small beach. When we went it wasnt crowded but expect it to be filled with people on the weekend. The water is cold, I recommend going around 10 or 11 a.m to get a spot and enjoy

Nice beach, also convenient for your stop, when returning from Cascais or Sintra. Water was rather cold, so we enjoyed the sun on the sand. Parking possible just round the corner in the quiet street with villas.

Beach front resturant specialising in seafood. Big tank of Crab and Lobster a feature. We shared the local specialist dish of Seafood with Rice for 2 at 40 Euro and we're disappointed to have to rake the small amount of meat out of the lumps of Crab thrown in to the stew. There was not enough seafood for the price.... More

I came to this place after some hours of being a tourist, so I needed refreshing and rest. And I got that, even if it seems to be a very busy beach. Lots of people but careless and uninterested in a friendly sort of way. The water seems to be a bit warmer than at other coasts of Portuguese Atlantic,... More

It was quite crowded in June but not heaving. Beds and umbrella available but equally a good public bit. Local bars and restaurants are good.
