Very expensive marina. pretty town but manicured beauty not natural. Too twee! All yachtsmen including the French were complaining about the prices of the marina. Nice enough for a stop over but not a long stay as they even admitted to being expensive but would not reduce their prices, bit of a fishbowl marina.

This is a nice place to spend a day, walking, shopping and relax. You will find here several restaurants and small quiosques with nice and fresh food. You can also walk and swim on the beach if the weather is fine. I loved the small craft shops with sea shells.

Lovely peaceful place to stroll around on a fine evening and watch the boats come and go. Lots of well priced little restaurants to try. Not sure what it would be like in the high season, but in June it was a little haven away from the bustle of the town

This is more of an attraction that you visit because you're passing through rather than going out of your way to visit. I suggest that if you're coming from the train station and walking through Old Town Cascais on your way to Boca do Inferno (west of the town center), the marina is definitely a must see. It's calm and... More

This is a large well organized area at the foot of the Cascais Citadel. There are two complexes that are two levels tall. Many nice and very pristine eateries are scattered throughout the complex. There is underground parking and it is a very secure area. Four of us spent a good deal of time here. This is where the fishing... More

A lovely harbour to walk round and see all the yachts in the bay. Some nice cafes just off the lovely paved town square.

The Marina is a scenic and well ordered area at the foot of the historic Citadel. There are modern facilities, eateries and businesses on two levels. It can be driven into with a large underground parking garage or walked to along a promenade between the bay and Citadel. There are fishing charters and boat rentals there. It has many restaurants... If you walk along towards the Marina yoiu come across all the fishermen with their pots and small fishing boats out to make their living. Carry on walking and you come to the Marina where all the huge yatchts are moored, there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to stop and watch the world go by. A lovely place... More
