Historical building of interest. We were very lucky that the organ player and a classical singer were practising at the time of our visit, which made it a real treat. Be aware that the entrance is on the right handside of the building rather than the front, and it costs 2€ to go in if it isn't mass time.

We came on off hours so weren't really able to see or tour the whole place but the lil time we did spend here and what we did see was very amazing. We will be back to see all this treasure has to offer.

Nice old cathedral in downtown Angra, but it is similar to most other cathedrals in the region. After a while, they all look the same...
