This beach has to bee seen to be believed, a huge expanse of powder clean sand and practically nobody on it. It has lifeguards and is quite safe.

Visited with my family in May and really enjoyed walking the wonderful beach. Clean and well supported by regular life guard stations. We even saw a pod of bottle nose dolphins swim past!
This must be one of the best beaches ever. Miles of unspoilt golden sand; perfect for lounging around or strolling along. Useful beach cafes dotted about where you can have a refreshing drink or spot of lunch. They all have toilet facilities.
Huge expanse of white sand opposite our hotel (Vila Gale Lagos). Some excellent Beach Bars, but not cheap.

We walked via the Marina past the Railway station and along the beach to the Tivoli Beach Club.

Nice beach, still busy even at the end of the summer, with several activies around. Restaurants are available by the beach, pedal boats, jet skis are available for rent... and for those who enjoy watersports windsurfing lessons...
