A relaxing and gorgeous beach, not too busy and accessible to all. The restaurants on the beach are a little pricy, but they're clean and offer a good range.

What a gorgeous beach. You can walk for ages on the beach. Also good cafe for coffee or beer, Cant believe how beautiful the place s. not much else to do, it needs to be a nice day for a visit, but well worth it.

Stunning views and the beach in wonderful. No rubbish or debris. There is a cafe and also free parking. It's a peaceful place and we saw local fishermen sitting on the beach with their fishing rods. It was a particular fantastic day as the waves were enormous and came crashing down. My partner turned his back for a split second... More

In July and August it can be really busy however be a little adventurous and walk / climb a little and you will find secret places with no tourists. The waves are crashing and the water cold, the sand is hot and soft. Rock pools for the kids to poke around for crabs and fish. Out of season its quiet... More

Great waves, good beach bars. Nothing beats a walk long this beach. Our second visit and not our last.

Very busy in July/August but go in October and it transforms! Beautiful sandy beach, rocks and cove. Good restaurant (on the right as you enter the beach from the car parking). Enough parking out of season but very busy summertime. Love the place!

Great for swimming. Not a lot of interest - few rocks - good beach cafe (the one furthest from car park, towards O Salgados)
