The rocks and coves give interest to all and a place to get warm out of wind. Beach side cafes a bit expensive.

Can't fail to love this area of beach, which is uninterrupted either side by yet more lovely beach areas such as Amacào de Para. Praia Galé also has three great restaurants for day or evening, and sunsets to die for.

This is an excellent beach with good facilities, including restaurants, sunbeds, lifegaurds etc. There is plenty of parking accessible at various points along the length of the beach. Not sure exactly how long the beach is but it is certainly several miles. We walked from one end to the other and back again and it took us 4 hours. But... More

Soft sand, well guarded, three good beach bars, spacious enough to find your own piece of paradise. Lovely to walk in the surf at sunrise and sunset as well as lounging through the day. Lots of rock for, actions and pools to scramble around and explore.

We loved this beach. One day we gathered many sea shells. The next time we went the tides were high and fun to be had but caution is necessary as it an be dangerous.

This peach is an oasis of calm. It is clean, open and beautiful. Plenty of windbreaks as the wind off the Atlantic can be quite bracing! Nooks and crannies to sun bathe in. Recommended.
