Kind of amazing for it to be rather preserved and right there in the middle of town. But there is no interpretive information (that may be coming in the new visitor center under construction).

Loved the Temple with its columns--and with the blue sky in the background. We saw this years ago and I always remember it when I think of Evora.

It's great to be in a very well preserved roman temple. The views from the garden nearby are nice and the town lovely.

ruins of the temple should have some written information for people that don't go on walking tours. You'll see it in 3 minutes.

It's amazing how this temple is so preserved, even with 2000 years. It's beautiful, free, a great example of our history and it's worth the visit.

Seeing a Roman temple was a new experience for me, and it's just sitting right on a hill in the middle of town. It's one of a number of attractions that makes Évora worth visiting, but only as part of an ensemble, not all by itself.

one of the best preserved roman temples outside of italy, very cool and interesting to view
