We signed up for a tour here - offered in English, dutch and French - 3 separate tour guides. Great experience and really interesting. They have both modern methods and the old machinery which helps to illustrate the brewing process. Our guide was super and very well informed. She was American originally and seemed to have more than just a... More

Fascinating tour of the Half Moon brewery - sadly the last in Bruges. Amazing how the old parts of the brewery - no longer in use - rub shoulders with the gleaming tanks of the modern operation. The displays up in the roof space are quirky and interesting and standing out on the roof itself gives a superb view of... More

If you have any interest in beer at all, I highly recommend this tour! Tours are single language (Dutch, French or English) so you don't need to wait for your language to know what is being shown, which makes the tour much better based than if each tour is multi language. Our guide was great, gave an extremely informative and... More

The Halve Maan brewery, the only brewery still operating within Bruges, offers tours in English, Dutch and French. The tour itself was fascinating and a great incite into the brewing process and the history behind this family run brewery. At 8 euro per person, including a beer at the end, it is definitely great value and a must for anyone... More

We chose the English tour (Being English and all). Although you can take it in French. Our guide was really well informed and quite funny. Made it a great experience for all. There are a lot of steep steps so not for everyone! But it's worth the effort!

Home of the Brugse Zot Beer, the only one brewed in Bruges itself. Very informative and humourous tour conducted in perfect English by Roland. Learned more about beer making than sevral tours back in England. End up with a free beer in the restaurant and scope to purchase a meal to soak it up. Included in the 46 Euro (48... More

Great brewery tour of the only "brewer" in the inner city, informative guides, lots of old brewery artefacts. Fabulous view from the room across Brugge. A few sets of stairs and quite steep, as you would expect in an 18C building. The "free" beer at the end of the tour is unpasteurised and tastes fantastic, work spending time to try... More

The homebrewery is the only place where you can taste the beers Brugse Zot blond and Brugse Zot double straight from the tank. Half a pint of one of these varieties is included in the entrance fee after the visit. Mind, bottling and packaging lines are outside the city, due to lack of space after the renovation of the brewery... More

It does what it says on the tin, it's a tour of a brewery and you get a free pint at the end. To be frank, the brewery tour, whilst interesting, serves more of a purpose to build up anticipation for the free pint of Brugse Zot at the end of the tour. The tour lasts around 40 minutes and... More

My wife and I have been to Bruges many times and have passed the small entrance to the old brewery thinking nothing more of it until we had tried the Bruge zlot beers. Upon a rainy day we called the brewery and they advised that you would just need to turn up for a brewery tour at the time that... More
