This is my second visit to Bugge and this was top of my list of things to do this time round. Last time we went on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed and we missed out but this time we went straight there when we arrived Friday afternoon. the tour is reasonably priced at 7.5 euro and our... The tour was great fun and should go on to your 'to do' list if you like beer, as the unfiltered beer you get as part of the admission price is very good. However, two things to be aware of - it's very popular and you may have to wait a while(go early as opposed to prime time afternoon) and... More

A very good place for a visit. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs to climb up and down, both forward and backwards. But the views are well worth it. As you are rewarded with a unique view of Brugge from the brewery's roof. What really makes this a good deal, is you are rewarded for your visit... More

The tour was excellent value for money , our tour guide was funny and very witty , really enjoyed the visit and even the renovations to the brewery didn't affect the overall experience and the beer was lovely .

Although we didn't actually see any brewing, as we have done when visiting breweries such as in York, this was a very entertaining trip around Bruges' brewery and you were able to have a panoramic view of Bruges after climbing endless steps to the top. Not sure if this is the attraction of the tour or the free taster at... More

When we arrived at brewery we noticed a lot of building work to the left of enterance, but the reception hall was clean and full of bottles of beer, so we paid our 7 euro and waited for the guide The guide himself was very informative, but this disguised what you actually got to see,the brewing process was discribed to... This tour was recommended to us by a friend as a great thing to do whilst in Bruges. The tour itself is 45 mins long, interesting and informative. Our guide had a wickedly dry sense of humour and clearly loves her job! The only downside is that there are lots of narrow steep steps which aren't the best to navigate!... More

Was on our list of places to visit. The brewery is in the process of being refurbished so there is a lot of noise and activity going on. The guide was informative but we did feel like we were being rushed round. There are a lot of steps and small doorways so mind your heads. You have to decend stairs... More

This brewery is worth a visit because the guides are really good at their jobs. They make the tour both interesting and fun. The cafe attached to the brewery is also worth a visit, providing good food at reasonable prices. Beware the stairs however! They are very steep in places and difficult to negotiate if you have any mobility issues.
