The stroll along this lake is beautiful. The lake is next to Beguinage (at present the flowers are in full bloom and makes even more beautiful). You can visit the lake on foot or by cycling. There are few benches where you can sit and just admire the nature's beauty. Highly recommend for couples. Grab some waffles from market, head... More

The lake is not far from the centre of Bruges, take any of the side streets by the Church of our Lady and you should find it. There are a few paths to follow and it is a great place to have a relaxing walk away from the crowds. There are plenty of swans on the lake and we also... More

Beautiful lake and surroundings. Lots of original 13th and 14th century buildings. Spectacular photo opportunities.

Lovely to stroll around and don't forget to visit the Begijnhof which when the "silence" signs are observed is a true respite from the rest of the city.

This is one of the most beautiful places in Bruges. With a bit of sun it's a real pleasure walking peacefully around the lake.
