Great tour. It's a long day and full of information. Catered to every country on board the bus. Guide was very informative.

We enjoyed a guided evenimg trip to the Menen Gate for the Last Post which was extremely moving. These tours do not run in January but Henri, the owner of Flanders Fields Battlefield Daytours turned out on a cold January night to collect us from our hotel in Bruges and take us to Passchendaele and the Canadian Memorial, followed by a... Our guide Henri was so well versed in local history! He even brought us to a memorial for Irish soldiers which we had not previously heard of! Excellent way to spend the day

Henri gave us a fantastic tour full of knowledge and humour. Being a local to Ieper he knew the local history in depth. Being irish we went out of pure interest and to have Henri enlighten us about the Irish tower dedicated to all the irish who fought side by side toped an excellent day. Highly recommended tour!

An excellent tour: informative, well planned, not commercial, Nathan knew his history. A small group of us (7) on the day, picked up on time, great history lessons as we drove, saw battlefields, museums that are part of our immediate history. Enough free time to spend at the museums etc. Lunch was good, Nathan a safe driver. Just sorry we... More

I've wanted to visit area since I was a boy. I read & heard of the sacrifice & heroic deeds of the young men &women of this time ,but cannot put all that into perspective until you walk the ground they did. Our guide was terrific , you must do this trip

Our tour was led Henri Govaert, a native of Ypres, well versed in the history of his local area and told in excellent English. The whole day comprising the Battle Field tour and the Last Post Ceremony was profoundly sobering but well worth while. The day started well when Henri collected us at our Bruges hotel on time in a... More

Excellent, brilliant being in Ypres and The Menin Gate 100 years on for The Parade and the evening, so moving. The Battlefields Tour to The Somme was a first for me, so that was great. Our Tour Guide was hilarious and the whole thing was good value for money and excellent quality all round.

Henri was the guide for our tour and he was excellent. He really knows his history of World War 1 in the Flanders area, and actually lives in Ypres. The tour takes you to a variety of sites, and as well as telling the group about each place, we also had time on our own to wander. Lunch was included,... More
