Brilliantly renovated recently (was much needed), and boy that costed enough. The platforms and the hall inside a worth taking a look at. There's a overhead bridge with elevators to enjoy the architecture. There's Starbucks and a shop inside, and there plenty of coffee bars, food stalls, newspaper shops, etc under the station. However, a visit at rush hour is... More

Everything is at the entrance, don't need to look for hours when it is your first time going there and that you don't understand deutch.

This station is positioned strategically in Leuven, allowing easy access to everything within the city. Gasthuisberg campus 8located on the other side of Leuven, is easily reached on foot (~35 min walk, practically no hills to climb). City center is very close by, with plenty of stores and shopping malls. There were no people working in the station to help... More

If you're in Leuven and need to take the train then this is the place to be. It has platforms and trains can be seen arriving and departing. When a train arrives that is going to Brussels airport they even announce in English.

To be fair it does have a pleasant square at the front, an oldish main building and a slightly interesting modern roof over the tracks. But it's just a train station - trains arrive and then leave!

Well the train station is easy to find -- staff are helpful -- train station is nice and clean -- the Brussels' airport is just one stop away -- you have to love the efficient public transport system

Mixing the old with the new. Definitely worthwhile to go inside and have a look or to go on the platforms. I find the construction covering the platforms quite impressive.

I had to stay over at the station for 90 minutes on my way back to Brussels earlier this week and it is a station with a nice feeling. It is clean and spacious with friendly staff and good facilities including lifts. There are two cafe's immediately located at the front and a grocery shop. Immediately outside is a large... More

A large very clean and efficient train station. The front of the train station is old but well kept and looks out on a beautiful square with bars and restaurants. The trains are punctual to the second and the ticket officers all speak English.
