Good place to be with friends, read a book or relax along the borders of the canal. Watch the people in the boats passing by. A place for youngsters and students when the weather is nice.

Not as 'grand' as neighbouring graslei and Korenlei, the view from Kraanlei is quite picturesque. Beautiful 'Patershol', the Medieval quarter, is just around the corner.
